I just close my eyes and a huge smile spreads across my face.

Was spectacular. Although the set lacked variety, I was still very pleased and I danced A LOT. (Because, honestly, Good News for People Who Love Bad News is my favorite Modest Mouse album. It’s also the most popular, I presume. So sue me.)

I got a shirt with a CAT on it. A CAT. I befriended hilarious tall men who let me and my other tiny friends get in front of them. (“GO. NOW. IT’S YOUR ONLY CHANCEEEEEE.”)

And Talkdemonic has beautiful, beautiful music.

I danced like a maniac to The View and I’ve no shame because that’s one of my favorite Modest Mouse songs, hnnng.

I am ridiculously excited to see them. The show will be phenomenal. I’ve no doubts.
